ROCSTA

Guy Springett came to visit in Kate's Petrol Rocsta yesterday.

The Rocsta was impressively clean and unusually had been really  well looked after....after 4 hours of Rocsta blarney and a cup of tea he took off about 8.30pm..

Guy runs a Blueberry farm and makes lots of sauces and condiments with....you guessed it.. blueberries in them

Got an email from Bob Small in OZ

He used  hoover tubing as a a snorkel-see pics -so that what hoovers are for!!

Excellent idea, mate!!!

I went into Rocsta shed to get some Rocsta parts and found 5 Baby Rocsta Robins!! (  I saw Mum go in later  -thats how I know they are Robins )

Stephen Cummings -Squeekie-came up to change his soft top for a hard top-a round trip of over 600 miles

ALL respect to him.

He came up on the friday evening and spent the night in the luxurious Rocsta motel.

We started work on a bitterly cold Saturday morning and he drove home early evening to Surrey

.Luckily it stayed dry otherwise it could have been a bitch of a day.

As he admitted he is no mechanic but a willing learner and helper-he also drove away with 4 good mud tyres and a few other bits and pieces.

Do not buy locking fuel caps advertised on Ebay

They are NOT correct-and you will NOT get a refund from

autopartsonline-just a very rude e-mail.

Butch and his son George came down from Derby to socialise and off-road in Mid -Wales..cool..

It was an Excellent day out....so good that Butch has bought another Rocsta !!!

Piero in Sardinia has made up some excellent Rocsta stickers
